Assess Your Situation to Create a Family Budget Worksheet

No family is in the exact same situation as another. However, what is apparent, is that today, more families than ever have been struggling with their daily expenses. Indeed, the economy has impacted several industries and lifestyles, causing a sharp rise in debt load and foreclosures. This implies that planning and household budgeting have become more important than ever. Where you situate yourself in your family life will largely determine the direction you will need to take when preparing your family budget worksheet. You can begin by using a simple tool online. These are often free and printable, so you can refer to it later.

The first thing to do is to recognize and evaluate your families' situation and what the biggest priorities for them will be. For young families who might just be newly married, monthly expenses will be differently distributed than for those couples who might be facing retirement. This is just one example of the different situations that might be in effect. When you have children for example, you will be much more worried about paying for things such as medical care and schooling, so good insurance and savings will be important. People that have raised their families and have worked many years will also sometimes wonder how they will be able to pay for their medications and day-to-day living expenses. When you look at the various situations, it will become clear that the task ahead is much the same, though different people might be sitting in different levels and financial situations. No matter where you are, the earlier you begin with your budget savings, the better it will be for you in the long run, so don't wait to plan ahead.

Financial planning can sometimes also be quite intimidating for many people. That's why companies such as Crown Financial have experienced so much success. However, it's not difficult to prepare a family budget worksheet yourself. Microsoft templates for Excel are available to walk you through every step of the process for which you might probably already have the program on your home computer. A simple spreadsheet can also easily do the trick. Even a set of basic tools such as a planner and calculator can make you more aware of your spending habits. Find what works for you and make sure to use it regularly.

It is quite common to sometimes get discouraged as you travel towards financial freedom, but don't let this derail your efforts. Tuning into a radio personality such as Dave Ramsey can sometimes help to keep to your commitment towards an improved lifestyle. You can also pick up a book by Suze Orman should you ever experience a slump in your budget savings. Either way, make sure you always have a clear contingency plan to keep you going when times seem hard. Try to make sure you anticipate most pitfalls and build some solid help into your plan. This will also be able to help you allow yourself some small rewards once you finally meet your goals and manage to pay off your credit card debt.

Purchasing an Air Mattress

There are few items you can purchase for your home that have as much versatility and purpose as an air mattress. For many millions of people all across the country, an air bed has made sleepovers more fun, given road-weary relatives a comfortable place to sleep, expanded a child's imagination on a backyard camping trip and provided a restful place to sleep on a real camping trip. As you can see, there is no shortage of uses for an air bed and it is better to go ahead and purchase one to have on hand than to need one and not have it.

Due to their popularity, especially the models made by Coleman and AeroBed, you can find an air bed at just about any local retail houseware store and many of the local sporting goods stores as well. Places such as Target, K-Mart, Costco, Wal-Mart and Sports Authority often carry a wide variety of the air beds from twin size to king size, inflatable beds, those with foam covers and portable air beds as well. It is because of this great versatility that the air bed has made its way into the home as a household staple. Aside from their obvious benefit of being able to provide an additional sleeping space, air beds are also highly popular because they are easily stored in a hall closet or in any relatively small location in your home. Too, because they are not incredibly expensive, it makes owning an air mattress easy to do.

Given the fact that just about anyone can use an air mattress, they also make great gifts. And, since the holidays are upon us, you will very likely be able to find them at a sale price which makes them even more economical. So, if you need the perfect gift to give someone on your list this season, or if you just need to make sure you have that extra space in your home so your visiting guests will have a place to sleep, look no further than your local stores to purchase a comfortable air mattress.

Types of Adult Dyslexia Treatment

Dyslexia is known to be a life-long learning disability, but that does not mean that people who suffer from this disability have little chances of ever being successful. The adult dyslexia treatment regimen may not be the same as typical forms of treatment offered for other types of disabilities, however there are numerous coping skills that people have devised over time.

A quick search on the internet will provide a vast array of suggestions provided by other adults with dyslexia for the coping techniques that they frequently use to survive and lead successful lives with their dyslexia. These individuals use a series of techniques as their personal form of adult dyslexia treatment. As an example, the difference between left and right are often mixed up with dyslexics. People have cited ways to keep the two straight in their minds by using methods such as repeating silent phrases to themselves such as "write with right," whilst others use the method of looking at their wedding ring, knowing that the ring is on their left hand. It is felt by some nonetheless, that part of the difficulty in reading is due to the resulting impression of the black print on stark white paper, which explains why many individuals have reported that they have achieved successful reading through overlaying tinted mylar sheets over the text when they are reading.

Other individuals might sometimes seek a more formal approach and look for training or learning centers to help them overcome various daily obstacles that they might have to face. A well-known tutoring company, Sylvan Learning Centers, successfully provides adult dyslexia treatment to many different people with this condition. They offer training from professionally trained teachers and tutors who teach proven techniques for overcoming a variety of learning disabilities. Training centers typically customize the approach to the person's individual needs. Regular testing and assessment are also conducted in order to be sure that the direction of training will be adequate to meet the individual's needs and be able to measure the marked progress that will be achieved through the training.

As an indication to how beneficial adult dyslexia treatment can be, a person can notice the great success of others who share the same learning disability. Actually, numerous famous people with dyslexia can be identified, such as Woody Harrelson, Patrick Dempsey, and Cher who all reportedly suffer from dyslexia. Further, several United States Presidents such as George Washington, John F. Kennedy and Thomas Jefferson were known to have been dyslexic.

Be Prepared to Get Your Medical Assistant Certificate

While many fields are seeing a soaring rate of unemployment, medical professions are as solid as ever. There is actually a shortage of nurses, leading sometimes to many logistical problems. While you may not feel that you have the time, money or resources to become a nurse, you might be an ideal candidate for a medical assistant certificate. This little known career has much of the security of nursing, all of the patient care, but much less stress and expenses.

When you first learn about a medical assistant certificate, it can be a bit confusing. What will your job entail? As a medical assistant, you will provide support for both the doctors and nurses and take directions from both. You will be expected to understand medical terminology and have a wide range of knowledge about basic patient care. Also, while certification isn't necessary by law to get a job as an assistant, most offices will require proper accreditation, either an RMA or CMA certificate.

Finding a program that offers medical assistant training isn't that difficult. In fact, many community colleges and universities are seeing the increase in demand and offering programs that will cater for this type of career. They provide a complete training program, from books to the registered exam. Hands on labs may also be available depending on the program. In addition, there are several reputable online programs that can help you prepare for your medical assistant certificate, such as the NCCT. Large universities such as Kaplan are also options. However, you can also find a program specifically geared towards certified assisting. It can be more difficult to work independently, as it can often require more self-discipline. However, if you feel you have that characteristic, these programs are often more affordable and can be completed around a busy work or family schedule.

Finally, it can be extremely helpful to take a few test runs before you go in for you final testing. You can find a variety of samples online to get you ready. These are often free and provide practice questions much like what you might find on the actual exam. Taking a practice quiz is a great way for you to prepare. You may also find an accompanying study guide to help you feel more confident. This should be able to cover certain basics such as terminology and patient care. With proper preparation, you can be sure that you pass your medical assistant certificate exam with flying colors and are ready to start work in this interesting and secure career.

Give an Employer What they Need with Your Microsoft Certification

Being an IT professional can be a very rewarding career, especially financially. However, in order to make the most of your IT career you will want to get the necessary training in order to prove that you have the necessary skills to perform the duties that an employer will want. One of the ways for you to do that is with Microsoft Certification, something that you can achieve with the right training at the right institution.

When you get your certifications from Microsoft, you will learn the skills that will be required for initiating applications for a Microsoft server, you will also learn to recognize security risks and fix them as well as create new methods to prevent security problems. You will also learn how to quickly recognize problems with a server and how to fix them, something that is very important for any business which relies on their servers for their day-to-day operations. Additionally, your Microsoft Certification will show a potential employer that you know how to do all of these things as well.

Getting your Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Certification Training also puts you in a great position to network with other IT professionals. While this may not seem important to you right now, once you become certified, you will find that these kinds of connections will allow you to be quickly updated concerning server issues, viruses, etc. that might be affecting Microsoft servers. What's more, this allows you to have access to other professionals if you should run across a problem that you are not sure how to fix, as you will gain access to other experienced professionals that will make it possible to help you work through your issues.

Lastly, one of the greatest benefits of getting your Microsoft Certification is the fact that you will have access to Microsoft updates that other laymen might not. Your connection with Microsoft will put you on the list of people who will receive updates as they come in. This will allow you to keep your companies server in top notch condition and prevent any potential problems that might occur from not getting the appropriate updates.

Knowing how to keep a Microsoft server working well is not enough to be able to land you a job. You are going to need your Microsoft Certification to show that you have the ability to perform the tasks that a company needs from their IT professional.

The First Thing to Learn in an Executive MBA Program is Whether it is Right for You

In today's market, every professional must find a way to get ahead and stay ahead of the competition. There is a limited amount of space at the top and it takes more today than it has ever taken in the past to establish yourself as a leading professional. An executive MBA program might be the solution for you. These programs are designed for people who have been employed in the business world for an average of ten years. People who have acquired some important skills, but who still need to learn more in order to reach their highest potential.

It is important for anyone who is interested in continuing their education to make an honest assessment of his or her strengths and weaknesses. Only people who can focus on what they need to get ahead will be able to get most out of an executive MBA program. When you consider that programs such as the San Francisco State University executive MBA program ("SFSU Emba") and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad ("Iim Ahmedabad") offer very different structures but both lead to an executive MBA, you then realize that you need to know what to expect from the programs and from yourself.

Seasoned professionals have an advantage over less experienced MBA candidates in that people who have worked for a while understand more about the specifics of what they will need to succeed. This makes it simpler to evaluate each executive MBA program. Executives may lack recent classroom experience and that is why savvy professionals will turn to the internet to find sites that can provide relevant data of what it might be like to attend a specific institution. Busy professionals will not always have the time to seek out information first hand or visit each school's website. However, finding a trusted source of comparative data will be essential to streamline the initial search process for a program.

Taco Salad Recipe Ideas to Try

If you order a taco salad in a restaurant, you are most likely going to end up with a bowl made out of a large fried tortilla (usually a corn tortilla) filled with lots of ground beef as well as some lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and other taco fillings. You will probably also get sour cream and guacamole on the side, and the beef will usually be mixed with taco sauce or seasoning mix. Black olives and onions are sometimes added, and some recipes call for salsa instead of fresh tomatoes. These salads can be quite delicious, but contain a lot of calories and fat. A lot of people have come up with their own variations of the typical taco salad recipe, some of which are healthier.

Because tortilla bowls are not commonly available to home cooks, many taco salad recipe variations use tortilla chips instead. Of course there are some that skip the chips and do something totally different, like using tater tots as the base for the salad.

Some other variations that people use include adding salad dressing (usually ranch French or Catalina but sometimes Italian or thousand island), adding beans (usually pinto, kidney, or chili but also lentils or chickpeas), using chicken or ground turkey instead of beef, or using fresh avocado instead of guacamole, adding extra vegetables (including bell pepper and carrots), or adding sauce ingredients such as pickles, vinegar, lemon juice and mayonnaise. One recipe even uses BBQ sauce and chili powder instead of the traditional taco seasonings. There is also a version that adds pasta to make a pasta taco salad.

Basically, you can do whatever you want to create the perfect taco salad recipe for you. Take the ingredients you like best in tacos and mix them together to form your taco salad. If you want to make a healthier version, you would change the proportions so that the salad is heavy on vegetables and has less quantities of meat, cheese, and chips which form the largest part of traditional taco salads. Try it with chicken or ground turkey or even just beans to up on the healthiness quotient. Stay away from the added dressings and just make sure the meat or beans are well seasoned with taco spices in order to add flavor to the salad.

Funeral Cremation Urns, Knowing How To Choose The Right One

Selecting funeral cremation urns is a very personal, and emotional, task, and family members typically want to purchase an urn that will best depict the life and style of the ashes it is going to be enclosing. Urns are used as daily reminders of the loved ones that have passed on, and since no two people are exactly the same, each urn must also be different and reflect that unique style. What family members must do first before they start to search for an urn is decide on the size that they need, since urns can come in many different shapes and sizes.

The most common size for funeral cremation urns are the individual urns which will be able to hold the ashes of an adult. The memorial industry actually has a standard volume size for these urns which is 200 cubic inches, which will be able to keep the ashes of a 200 pound adult. Companion urns are specially designed to hold the ashes of two people. Some of these urns have two separate chambers while others only have one. Regardless of which style is chosen, a companion urn will be large enough to hold the ashes of two people with ease.

Keepsake funeral cremation urns will range in size and style, but typically will be able to hold a smaller amount of ashes compared to individual urns. These vessels are often used along with an individual urn or as scattering urns, where the loved ones ashes will be scattered at a favorite place. Keepsake urns are also ideal if several family members which to have a portion of the ashes for remembrance. There is also what is known as cremation jewelry which has become popular in recent years. This is where some of the loved ones ashes are placed inside a piece of jewelry, whether it be earrings, a bracelet or pendant.

Deciding on a final resting place for a loved one can be a very emotional task, but knowing that you will be able to find funeral cremation urns that will express the life and uniqueness of your loved one will allow family members to overcome their grief and look back on a life lived with humor and love.

Homeschooling Social Life

Some people are very concerned when they think about home schools that the children don't get enough social activity. This really is a myth, as explained in the published review entitled, "The Socialization Myth." In home schools children are interacting, one-on-one with an adult at all times. And, what many people do not understand is that the home schools of today have become a social network for many as they actually purposely plan field trips and many group learning opportunities as well as social functions with other families who might also have home schools.

Many home schools actually have a social calendar that is synchronized with other home school families, which is filled with cultural, learning, social, and physical activities. Many public school districts also allow children who are from home schools to participate with their sports and extra curricular activities. This can be great for the home schooling child to be able to get that additional social factor in while enjoying a wonderful opportunity of being part of a home school family.

Clearly, when your student is learning, the very last thing you will want him or her to be doing is socializing, as this is not the time for it. This is why children who are part of home schools are given much more time to be able to focus on their work without the distraction of being in social situations when they are supposed to be studying and thinking about their course work. There is a time and place for everything and when you are trying to teach your child algebra, it is definitely not the time for getting involved with friends and socializing.

However, any good parent, whether they have their child in public, private, or Home Schools, will also surely want to see their son or daughter be able to enjoy and participate in the thrills of being a kid, having friends, participating in sports and other activities, etc. These parents will not let the fact that they have taken an active role in when and what their child is learning, keep them from getting the same social opportunities that public school students get through being involved in all the many extra curricular activities that they are exposed to. With so many of our young people having to be put on special medication to help them focus and not get off task, a home school setting can sometimes be the very best thing for them, at least as far as being less distracted might go. But this does not mean the end of any kind of social life, as the opportunities are always there if you look for them.

Tips On Furnishing Your Home Successfully

The goal of every homeowner is to have a pleasant, attractive environment to live and entertain in. Some of us have an easier time in achieving a well decorated home than others do. Who has not brought home a piece of furniture and hated it for the next ten years? How many have purchased a sofa that is way too big for the room? All of us have decorating mistakes we have had to live with. But how can we avoid decorating disasters in the future? The answer is to always prepare before shopping. Do a little homework with a good decorating book or two, and look for home furniture tips online and in books.

You can also do some pre-shopping on the Internet to find styles and furniture manufacturers that you will like. First, try to measure all your rooms and draw diagrams of them with measurements listed. Photograph all the decor items you will be keeping, so the new furniture will coordinate with them. Find rooms in magazines that you like the look of, and put the pictures with your room information to refer to. You can also make use of some of the experience and expertise of the sales associate at the furniture store to help you get the right piece of furniture. Many furniture companies make suites of furniture that all go together, so that you can buy a whole bedroom set or a living room set. In doing so, you will find that half your work in coordinating pieces has been done for you. Furniture companies also provide many home furniture tips on decorating.

Start with the basic room, making sure the walls and floors are the way you want them, before you add the furniture. Also, bear in mind that the colors you use should flow through the whole house. One room can have a main color and a secondary color, then the next room could have the secondary color as the main color and so on. The main thing is to plan your whole house to flow together with one style and color group throughout. One benefit of doing this is that you will be able to move accessories and furniture pieces from room to room in order to occasionally change the look of your home decor.

Try to shop at stores and internet sites that have return policies, so if the piece you purchase arrives at your home and doesn't work, you can return it and make another choice. You should also try to think about co-ordinating window treatments with your overall decor. Lighting, when well planned, makes a big difference in how your finished decor will look. One kind of lighting that is popular is pendant track lighting. Altogether, the best home furniture tip is to always start shopping being well prepared with all the information, sizes and samples that you will need to work with.

Finding the Best Laser Printer for You

There are a lot of different options for laser printers. If you are in the market for one, you are probably trying to figure out which is the best laser printer. However, there is no one printer that is best for everyone, which is why you need to find the best one for you, given your budget and the use you plan to put your printer to. Different printers are better for different tasks, so it is important that you take the time to think about exactly what you would like to use the printer for.

When searching for the best laser printer for you, the first thing you need to figure out is what you want to do with the printer, and how much use you will need to get out of it. This will help you to narrow down your options. Those who want to mainly print photos should focus on photo printers, and those who want to do all sorts of different tasks, such as printing, faxing, copying, and scanning, should focus on the many all in one options that are out there, for example.

Another way to narrow down your options in your search for the best laser printer for you is to focus on prices. Obviously you will have a budget, and there is no point looking into printers that cost way more than what you can afford. You should look not only at the price for the computer and printer, but also the price for replacement ink or toner cartridges. Check to see how long the cartridges typically last as well so you can figure out which printer will give you the lowest cost per page printed.

Once you have used the price to narrow the printer options down to a more manageable number, you can also spend some time reading reviews and comparison shopping in your search for the best laser printer. Each of the major companies, such as HP, Canon, and Epson, will probably have one or more printers of the type that you will be looking for. Reading the reviews will also help you to figure out which ones will do best at the tasks that you are hoping to use your printer for. Comparison shopping can also help you to find the printer you want at the cheapest price possible.

The Benefits of Using Anti Spam Filter Services

In this day and age of electronic mischief, it is vitally important to have some kind of anti-spam filter services employed on your electronic messaging service in order to prevent junk email (spam) from clogging your inbox, or the accidental receipt of a potentially dangerous computer virus that can wipe out your hard drive in mere seconds. Now, you might be thinking to yourself that your existing email message provider already has a spam filter available for you to use and that your currently installed version of the virus protection you have on your computer will save you from any viruses; you would be correct, but only to a point.

The existing anti-spam filter services that are available with your current electronic messaging service are really only the most basic protection you can get; too, the anti-virus protection your current security software provides is perfect for checking attachments for viruses prior to downloads, but they often do not catch the malicious code that activates when the recipient merely opens the email. By employing the services of a company that specializes in anti-spam filter services, you will be getting serious about protecting yourself, your computer and your inbox from the deluge of unsolicited, junk email that often arrives in bulk.

The way these anti-spam filter services companies can be so successful is that they actually clean your electronic messages for you and then send them on to your inbox... whereas, your current spam-filter service -- the one provided by your existing email service provider -- merely files your received email as it sees fit. This can be one of the biggest hassles with the anti-spam filters in your current email system as often times they move legitimate messages into your spam folder and deliver spam to your inbox where you can accidentally click on it. The way the anti-spam filter services work is that they receive your initial email, if it is spam, they delete it, you never see it; if it is a legitimate email from a family, friend or business you have opted in for, and it may contain a virus -- unknowingly that is -- then the service will clean the email for you and send the message along to your inbox, all within a few minutes.

Let Linux Certified Courses Increase Your Earning Potential

When it comes to finding Linux Certified Courses all you have to do is look online. There are many colleges, tech schools and speciality schools that will be able to provide you certified Linux courses that will prepare you for the Linux exam that will allow you to become a certified Linux administrator. While a certification is not necessary to become a Linux administrator, it is becoming less and less common to see a job posting for a Linux administrator position that does not require either formal education (a degree in a technical IT field) or a certification specifically in the Linux arena.

You have a couple of options if you want to take Linux Certified Courses. The first is to go to school and take some courses. This is especially recommended for those individuals who have never used a Linux based network before and / or have never been a system administrator of any kind before. Taking classes in a traditional classroom setting puts you in a position to ask questions and actually be involved in labs, etc. to prepare you for your role as a Linux network administrator.

There is also the option of being self taught rather than going to an actual classroom. Those individuals who already have experience as a Linux administrator may find that DVDs and online courses are more than sufficient in getting them familiar with what might be on the Linux exams. Home courses via DVD or the Internet are usually self-paced, which is a great advantage for someone with real world experience because they can skip what they securely know and focus more specifically on the areas that might be new to them or that they are not accustomed to seeing in their current (or past) Linux administrative roles.

Choosing the right courses for you will largely depend on your experience and your confidence levels. Also, the way that you learn will help you to determine which Linux Certified Courses are right for you. If you learn better in a classroom atmosphere, then you should stick with the classroom. If you get frustrated in the classroom and you prefer to learn at your own pace, then home learning will be your best choice. But you should make your choice quickly and get set on the path that will take you to your professional goal.

Clocks and Watches are Changing for Many and Staying the Same for Others

It is significant for those who like to take a look at older timepieces to know about repair and restoration options. Over the years there have been pioneers who have passed on such skills, which explains why it is still possible to keep getting service for various kinds of clocks and watches. When people pay a phenomenal amount of money for such instruments they will expect adequate service after the sale. This is why it is important to maintain and train skilled craftsmen to continue with this intricate work.

Fortunately, these days there are several knowledgeable craftsmen who can take care of present day timepieces as well as selling and repairs or service for older items of sentiment. For example, uniquely fun clocks is a Fletchers specialty; they offer a trip back in time and have replicas as well. Cougar touches people's senses with special alarm options on their clocks. For mechanisms, Osmans can provide spare parts for both clocks and watches, whilst mantle clocks are known to be a Smiths specialty. Restoration specialists are also available through Andrews. Indeed, clocks and watches truly are available for people from all walks of life.

While the grandfather clock and such clocks as the cuckoo clock have been effectively modernized, there are still older versions available. History buffs are likely to want to maintain the older creations. Also, many clocks and watches can be seen through exhibitions. These are all over the country and often have some of the best historical and specialty timepieces available. Appraisals and other services are usually typical of these types of shows.

New designs are also offered as innovation and demand has brought about the need for specialty timepieces. Such specialty needs are clocks and watches for the blind, visually impaired, deaf and those with limited hearing. The use of talking time, vibrating alarm clocks, large numerals, flashing lights and more have helped these populations with special needs. Fancy watches will also be desired for people who place a greater importance on style.

Modern timepieces have been considered to be the best when they include quartz crystal. This trend is however changing as other materials such as hardened mineral crystal, sapphire crystal and more are today being more widely used. As these changes evolve and prices for replacement become prohibitive, there will always continue to be a need for specialists who can keep up with changes in the industry. Further, as intricate designs continue - the ability to keep up may be a challenge. It is important to take note that although there will be increasing demands, there will also be support available and ready to help meet these demands. Clocks and watches are constantly changing for many whilst staying the same for others.

Fun Chocolate Facts for My Love

My wife and I love chocolate, so I decided to write out a list of facts that she may not know about chocolate. I am calling them my Fun Chocolate Facts. One of the things that I did not know is that it actually has less caffeine in it than coffee. This is something that I was actually shocked to find out because of the way that my body reacts when I eat chocolate. I usually can't sleep for quite a while. I do realize that chocolate does have a lot more sugar, and that may be why I have a hard time sleeping.

I did a little research to expand on one of these Fun Chocolate Facts, and found that there are about five to ten milligrams of caffeine per one ounce of bittersweet chocolate, five milligrams in milk chocolate, and ten milligrams in a six-ounce cup of cocoa. This seems like quite a bit, but when I found out that there are 150 milligrams of caffeine in an eight-ounce cup of coffee, you can see the difference. So, with this in mind, I would have to eat more than a dozen Hershey bars to reach the amount of caffeine that is in a cup of coffee. I will be sure to never drink a cup of coffee before trying to go to bed!

Some other Fun Chocolate Facts that I have found, is that although people are widely disputing this fact, chocolate is not an aphrodisiac. It does, however, contain a substance called phenylethylamine, or PEA, which is reputed to stimulate the same reaction in the body as falling in love. This explains why many people who are in love, use it to bring out those feelings while being intimate. It also explains why people who are heartbroken, or have just come out of relationships seek chocolate in mass amounts to comfort themselves.

Here are some final Fun Chocolate Facts that I have discovered. Chocolate can be lethal to dogs. I knew that it would make a dog sick, but I never thought that it could kill it. About two ounces of milk chocolate can be poisonous to a ten pound puppy. Also, chocolate syrup was used for blood in the famous shower scene from Alfred Hitchcock's movie, "Psycho", and it actually
took seven days to shoot.
